Configure Your Profile​

Enable Two-Factor Authentication​

  1. Navigate to Authentication Settings.
  2. Click Enable two-factor authentication.
  3. Follow the steps to set up two-factor authentication on your preferred authenticator app.

Change Your Password​

  1. Navigate to Account Settings.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again.
    Password Requirements:
    • Minimum of 8 characters.
    • At least one uppercase letter.
    • At least one special character.
    • At least one number.
  4. Click the Save User button.

Configure Your Organization​

Save Your Organization Name​

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Select the Client section.
  3. Enter your organization's name.
  4. Click the Save Client button.

Change Your Plexicus Settings​

Modify Your Schedule Scan​

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Select the Platform section.
  3. Choose your preferred schedule option:
    • None
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
  4. Click the Save button.

Change the Remediation Language​

  1. In the Platform section, pick your language under Language. It is used for the remediation and finding text.

Enable Autonomous Scan​

  1. Toggle the switch to enable Autonomous Scan — newly created applications are scanned automatically.

Enable Fix Verification (Scale plan and above)​

  1. Toggle the switch to enable Fix verification. After generating a fix, Plexicus runs an isolated test pass to verify the change.

Add Members to Your Team​

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Select the Team section.
  3. Enter the new member's email in the input field.
  4. Select their role:
    • Developer
    • Cyberoper
  5. Click the Create button.

Set Up Payment Methods​

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Select the Billing section.
  3. Enter the following details:
    • Credit card information.
    • Address.
    • Legal name.
  4. Click the Save Billing button.

Make Changes to Your Azure Credentials​

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Select the Azure OpenAI section.
  3. Enter the following details:
    • API Key.
    • API Version (optional).
    • Deployment Name.
    • Base URL.
