Stream the deterministic proof-of-concept artifact for a nexus pentest finding (cURL command, shell script or HAR capture) from object storage. Post-mortem-safe: artifacts persist after the scan pod is gone. Returns 404 when the pentest or finding does not exist, or when the finding carries no replay artifact (legacy inline PoC text).
