Return the public filter-field names that are meaningful for the given finding_type (app/scm/cloud/registry/pentest; 'all' or omitted → every field). Derived from the finding-kind descriptor (single source of truth); the adaptive filter UI gates its controls from this list. Cacheable for one hour.
