Get Exposure Summary Across Repositories

/repositories/exposure/summary

Return, for every repository of the authenticated client that has a stored Reticulum exposure report, the count of internet-exposed prioritized services. Drives the dashboard exposure widget; the per-repository report stays on /repositories/{repository_id}/exposure.
