Revoke SCM Connection Tokens

/integrations/scm/connections/:provider/revocations

Revokes at the provider the OAuth access and refresh tokens stored for the authenticated client, before the connection is removed. The tokens are read server-side and never returned. Answers 409 when no token is stored for the provider and 502 when the provider refuses the revocation.
