Enable or disable the SAST verifier: after each scan, the AI swarm attempts to exploit validated SAST findings and attaches proof of exploitation. Disabled by default for every client; the fleet environment flag remains the rollout authority above this per-client opt-in. Returns 404 if the client does not exist.
