Get one batch with its children in launch order

GET 
/automations/batches/:batch_id

The automation_batch_runs parent (404 when it does not exist or belongs to another tenant) plus every child run of the batch, sorted by created_at ascending — launch order, _id ascending as the tiebreak. Each child carries queue_position, the 1-based index among its NON-TERMINAL siblings in that launch order, or null once the child is COMPLETED/FAILED/CANCELLED. queue_position is BEST-EFFORT launch order, not a reserved slot: there is no PENDING claim state (the claim insert is already ACTIVE), so it cannot tell queued from running.
